Q: How do I earn Protens rewards in the Proving Grounds?
A: You receive a Protens reward when you achieve a new Rank (Iron, Bronze, etc.) with a Hero. Each Hero can only earn a lifetime maximum of 2,000 Protens.
Q: I just purchased a Reyu Hero and I don’t see it in the Proving Grounds. What gives?
A: It can take up to 25 minutes after the purchase for your Hero to be available for use in the Proving Grounds.
Q: When I play the Proving Grounds I am experiencing graphics issues, poor performance, or crashing. How can I fix this?
A: The Unioverse Proving Grounds is in a very early Alpha state, so you may experience bugs or other anomalies. You can try changing your Visuals settings inside the Proving Grounds, or if that doesn’t work try re-launching the application using the vulkan.bat file located in the Unioverse Viewer > Game directory.
Q: I was playing the Proving Grounds and now I am flying like Peter Pan- help!
A: This is a known issue that we are working hard to track down and fix. So we are offering a special bug bounty of 10,000 Protens if you can provide reproduction steps to make this happen. More information about the bug bounty in Discord at discord.gg/theunioverse.
